Sort green grams wash then bring to boil for 30 mns

Wash onions carrots tomatoes and garlic

Cut onions and tomatoes separately

Heat oil for 3 seconds then add onios

Stir onions for 2seconds then add grated garlic

Stir them till golden brown then add tomatoes

Stir until it become tender then add grated carrots

Stir for two mins then add you boiled green grams and salt to taste

Stir for 3mins then leave to simmer for 10mins

Wash your rice

Measure water twice the rice

Add cooking oil and salt then leave to boil

Add rice then leave to boil for 10 mins

Serve while hot
