Ingredients

  • 1 bowlPasta
  • 2-3Patato
  • as neededOil
  • 1/2 cupBesan
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 1/2 tspAjwain
  • to tasteSalt according

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potato according to pasta size

  2. 2

    Put potato inside the pasta

  3. 3

    Boil it and strain it

  4. 4

    Mix besan,ginger garlic paste,ajwain,baking soda and salt and make a paste

  5. 5

    Dip pasta into the paste single single and do deep fry

  6. 6

    Serve hot with tomato sauce
