Churn roasted oats to a smooth powder.

All the ingredients one by one.

Make a soft dough. You can add little milk or water if the dough is dry.

Give the desired shape and shallow fry on grill pan adding lil oil.

Cook from both the sides.

Serve hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
