5Fresh pepper
2cooking spoon Red oil

Peel and grate the water yam with the big side of grater.

Pour in a clean pot,add crayfish,onion,fresh pepper,red oil,stock cubes, and crayfish cover and boil for 10minutes.

Stir with a spartular and add salt cover and boil for 3minutes.
