This recipe was my favorite when I was growing up. Whenever my mom made it at home, I always went back for seconds. Cooking it now reminds me of her and brings back memories of enjoying it as a child. Now my son asks for it every week because he loves it too!

This recipe was my favorite when I was growing up. Whenever my mom made it at home, I always went back for seconds. Cooking it now reminds me of her and brings back memories of enjoying it as a child. Now my son asks for it every week because he loves it too!

First, cut the beef into medium-sized cubes and add them to a pot with a splash of oil to brown the meat.

Finely chop the green onion and garlic, then add them to the pot with the beef. Grate the tomato and bell pepper, and add them to the pot to cook with the meat.

Chop the green beans and carrot, shell the peas, peel and dice the potatoes, then add everything to the pot with the beef along with 1 cup of water (about 240 ml).

Once the potatoes and peas are cooked, grate the zucchini and add it to the pot. Cook for another 7 minutes.

Serve with white rice!
