Ingredients

  1. 9 ozbeef (I use thin-sliced steak, about 250 grams)
  2. 1 stalkgreen onion
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. 1tomato
  5. 1bell pepper
  6. 3.5 ozgreen beans (about 100 grams)
  7. 3.5 ozgreen peas (about 100 grams)
  8. 1large carrot
  9. 4medium potatoes
  10. 1zucchini

Steps

  1. 1

    First, cut the beef into medium-sized cubes and add them to a pot with a splash of oil to brown the meat.

  2. 2

    Finely chop the green onion and garlic, then add them to the pot with the beef. Grate the tomato and bell pepper, and add them to the pot to cook with the meat.

  3. 3

    Chop the green beans and carrot, shell the peas, peel and dice the potatoes, then add everything to the pot with the beef along with 1 cup of water (about 240 ml).

  4. 4

    Once the potatoes and peas are cooked, grate the zucchini and add it to the pot. Cook for another 7 minutes.

    Serve with white rice!
