Mix your sough as you would normally while baking a simple cake

Take a smaller sufuria (cooking pot) and grease it well then pour your batter inside.

Next take a bigger pot...where the small one with batter fits in well inside it. Do not put anything in the bigger pot!

Cover it well with a fitting lid and place it on your gas burner n put your fire on the lowest heat. Bake till the aroma beckons. Cake will be ready and moist. Serve and enjoy.
