Ingredients

  • 1 cupRava/semolina
  • 3 tablespoonsYogurt
  • to tasteSalt salt
  • 1/4 teaspoonBaking soda
  • 1 pinchRed food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add semolina then add salt, yogurt and water mix it well and keep it aside for 10min.

  2. 2

    After 10min add baking soda mix it well then divide the batter in 2part.

  3. 3

    Add colour in one bowl and one batter is plain.

  4. 4

    Grease the tray then put heart shape mould in centre and pour red colour batter in heart shape and white in round shape.

    Steam it on medium flame for 10-12min.

  6. 6

    After that turn off the flame and demould it.
