Pre-heat the oven

Bit the eggs and mix them with sugar stir until they form a mousse like

Add the greated lemon
4

Add flour and the apples to the mixture as you stir using a metal spatula moving towards one direction
5

Add the melted butter
6

Grease the tin and and sprinkle it with flour
7

Pour the mixture in the tin and bake it for about 30mins
8

As it is ready and its cool serve
