Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4Eggs
  • 1/2 cupOats powder
  • 1Small onion chopped
  • 2Green chilli chopped
  • 1 cubeCheese
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspGreen fresh coriander chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • tspBlack pepper1/2
  • 2 tbspMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast oats and coarsely ground it.

  2. 2

    Break eggs.Beat them and mix oats and milk.Keep it for 15 min to mature.

  3. 3

    After 15 min, add chopped onion,chilli,coriander and salt.

  4. 4

    Beat well.Heat a non stick griddle and smear it with oil.Spread batter.Fry it on both sides.

  5. 5

    Grate cheese over the omellete and serve this wholemeal omellete with tomato sauce
