Vermicelli Upma and Rainbow cake idli

Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds, green chilli sliced, curry leaves, ginger and sauté for a minute

Add chopped onion and sauté when raw smell goes off add veggies now sauté well after that add broken vermicelli and stir well till golden brown.

Add salt and turmeric powder an mix well add water just to dip the vermicelli and cover with lid on the flame. When water dries up mix lightly. Serve with tomato chilli or ketchup.

For rainbow iddli cake I used pillusbury cake mix

Steam in a iddli cooker
