Wash and cut PARWAL into 2 parts.

Make a fine paste from onion,ginger, garlic, tomato,green chilli,cumin seeds

Place oil in a wok,put PARWAL fry it after changing the colour take out PARWAL..

In same oil put panchforan1 after 1/2min add Grind masala cook for 2mIn add all the spices cook till leaving the oil

Add PARWAL cook for 10 min on slow flame. Turn off tha gas.decorate with the help of corriender leaves.serve hot with paratha
