Wash the potatoes nicely and slice dem in such a way dat dey r joint at the bottom

Arrange the potatoes in an aluminium container and sprinkle salt on them

Pour a little pure ghee or oil on dem
- 4
Place the container in the cooker and cover the cooker. Remove the covers whistle and gasket
- 5
Reduce the flame for almost an hour. Check the potatoes if dey r cooked and sprinkle black pepper on dem

Now heat pure ghee for tempering.

Add mustard seeds, cumin, and hing in the pure ghee
- 8
Pour the tempering on the potatoes equally
