Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsdosa rice
  2. 1big bowl grated coconut
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/4 kgJaggery powder
  5. 3 pinchCardamom powder
  6. 10banana leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash rice and soak it for 4 hours in water.

  2. 2

    Next Grind the smooth and thick batter

  3. 3

    Add salt

  4. 4

    Grated coconut, jaggery and cardamom powder_ mix together. coconut jaggery mixture is ready.

  5. 5

    Spread the batter on a banana leaf

  6. 6

    Spread the coconut jaggery mixture on one half portion.

  7. 7

    Fold and steam cook for 30_ 45 minutes.

  8. 8

    The tasty genasale is ready and enjoy with ghee, pickle or chutney.
