Ingredients

2-3 days
5-6 servings
  • 2mangoes
  • 1.5 tablespoonroasted masala powder (cumin, coriander,red chilli and bay leaf)
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the mango and boil it in a pressure cooker

  2. 2

    Mash it well with hand

  3. 3

    Mix salt,oil and roasted masala powder

  4. 4

    Pour it in a container and keep in the sun for 2-3 days

  5. 5

    The mango pickle is ready
