Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 5Polish sausages; cut into 5ths
  2. 12mini bell peppers; large dice
  3. 1red onion; thick wedges or large julienne
  4. 2 tgarlic powder
  5. 32 ozsauerkraut
  6. 1/3 Ccountry mustard
  7. as neededkosher salt and black pepper
  8. as neededcanola oil

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Toss sausage, peppers, and onions with enough oil to coat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    Lay sausage mixture atop parchment paper on a large baking tray.

  4. 4

    Cook uncovered for approximately 30 minutes or until sausage is caramelized and reaches 155°

  5. 5

    During the last 5 minutes of the cooking process, add mustard and sauerkraut. Stir to combine.
