Steps

For phirni dissolve rice flour in some milk and make a smooth paste

Boil remaining milk and add sugar

As sugar dissolve add rice paste and stir continously so that no lumps formed

Let it cool

For assembling take serving glass and put sime crumbled cake than pour few spoon phirni and than mango pulp on it repeat the process and at last garnish it with some mango pieces

Serve it chilled
