Remove the seeds from Aidan fruit(break it into bits) then place with Uda in a saucepan to toast for 5mins then pound or Blend it in your dry blender

In a separate pot, put your meats; goat meat, beef or chicken cut into sizeable chunks (not too big), then season with salt and seasoning cube to taste, boil for 25mins or till meat is soft

While the meat cooks cut 200g or 2 thin slices of yam, boil until it's well cooked and blend or if you want to or use yam powder as thickener(add a little water and mix)

Add in the pepper, crayfish, and blended Aidan fruits and Uda then simmer for 5mins. Taste for salt then add salt(if you wish)

When you are done with the yam paste, pour it into the meat stock as thickener and simmer the whole mixture For another 5 minutes, then add in the cut uziza leaves (I love the aroma it gives the soup👌)

Voila soup is ready😎😍😘👍👌
Serve with your choice swallow; fufu, Semo or Eba
