Soak rice for at least 30 min. Drain the water and set aside.

Chop all veggies and mint.

Add oil to a pressure cooker and heat it

Add spices and fry till you get a nice aroma for one to 2 min.

Fry onion until golden brown.

Add Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli paste and cook for 1 to 2 min.

Add all chopped veggies and fry for 2 to 3 min.

Add mint leaves and biryani masala powder.

Measure pure water and add salt to taste

When the water begins to boil, add drain rice and mix it well.

Close the lid and let the cooker whistle once on a low flame.

When the pressure goes down, open the lid and fluff up.

Ready for serve.

Garnish with coriander, fry badam and cashew.
