Heat a kadai add ghee, shahi jeera add rice fry it for few mins

Then in a blender add boiled spinach ginger, garlic and green chilli make a fine paste

Now take a pan add ghee jeera all spices (khadde masala)saute for a min..

Add onion sauté for 2-3 mins and add all veggies,spices,salt, coconut milk cook for 5mins

Then add spinach paste in the vegetables and cook for 2-3 mins..add pinch of sugar mix well

Add the first layer of vegetables at the bottom of a pan /pressure cooker

Then add layer of rice again layer of vegetables then again layer of rice..garnish with cashews

Seal the vessel tightly with aluminium foil or dough and place a heavy lid on top

Cook the biryani for 10-15 mins..serve with raita..
