Heat oil in pan, add mustard seed and let it splutter

Add chopped garlic and saute for few seconds

Add tomatoes and cook for a minute.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,green chilli and mix

Cover and let it cook for 2 minutes till tomatoes are soft

Add Precooked Rice and mix

Finally add Maggi Masala and coriander leaves and mix well

Cover and let it cook for a minute
