Ingredients

  1. 100 gbrown gram(soak overnight
  2. 3green chilli
  3. 6Garlic cloves
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 1 tbspGreen coriander chopped
  6. 1big onion chopped
  7. 1/2 cuprice flour
  8. 1/2 cupcone flour
  9. 2 tbspghee
  10. 1 cupgrated cheese
  11. 1 tspmix herbs
  12. 1/3red chilli flakes
  13. 1 tspcoriander powder
  14. As neededOil for frining
  15. to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Boil the Gram salt and a big cup of water in the cooker. Let cool.Add red chilli flex and mix herbs to the grated cheese.

  2. 2

    Now boiled gram in a mixture to make the lighter thicker grind.Now take it out in the plate.

  3. 3

    Ginger garlic green coriander and chillies to thick grind. Now this paste to the Gram in the mix.

  4. 4

    Now add rice flour, Half bread crumbs and corn flour are mix. Now add all dry spices chopped onion and melted ghee & mix well.

  5. 5

    Now putting oil in hand,Spread your hands with a mixture of kebab mixture. Now add a spoon cheese in it and make it's Kabab.

  6. 6

    Heat the oil and make a thin slurry of corn flour and put Kabab in it then wrap it in remaining breadcrumbs.

  7. 7

    Take out good oil in hot oil from now.Make all kebabs in this way. Now it serve with curry yogurt or sauce.
