Steps

Add besan,curd,turmeric powder,chopped green chillies,salt and ginger garlic paste in a mixing bowl.

Heat oil in a wok and add this mixture and stir continuosly.

Till thick consistency.

Grease oil on a plate pour this mixture and set this burfi.

Cut into burfi shape.
- 6
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves when crackle spread the burfi.
