Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  • 1small gourd sliced into thin pieces
  • 1/4th cup roasted daal
  • 2-3chopped chillies
  • 1 teaspooncelery seeds
  • 1 teaspoonjeera powder
  • 2 teaspoondhaniya powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and add celery seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Now add the gourd slices saute well with salt and turmeric powder and cover

  3. 3

    As the gourd become a little soft add all the masalas and rosted moong daal mix well

  4. 4

    Cover it and stir occasionally

  5. 5

    Finally add sugar and mix well

  6. 6

    The moong daal and bottle gourd curry is ready
