Steps

Knead as soft dough with all purpose flour,salt,oil and water,keep aside

Heat oil in a pan add nigella seeds and slitted green chillies
- 3
Add Potatoes and saute for a while
- 4
Add salt and turmeric powder and cover adding water
- 5
Add sugar and remove from heat,keep aside
- 6
Now take small portions of the dough and roll into round or the shape you desire
- 7
Fry with oil/ghee and serve along the potato curry
