This biryani I made in a simple way of my style. Hope you all like this recipe.
Steps

First grind the sabut garam masala to dardara powder.

Cook the soaked rice till half done
- 3
In a heavy bottom pan heat the ghee+oil.

Add tez pata and dardara garam masala.

Cook in low med heat to get a beautiful aroma.

Add zeera to spluter and then onion.

Mix chopped chillies and tomato. Cook till oil separates from masala.

Add veggies, salt, curd, fennel and dhania powder and mint leaves. Cook till veggies half done.

Transfer the veggies to a deep pan.
Make a layer. - 10
Over it make the layer of rice. Sprinkle the saffron liquid and fried onion.

Cover and cook till done. Serve hot with raita you like.
