For 2 min kuthiraivali rice is to be fried. Soak for 30 min

Add meat. Close the cooker if required add half tumbler of water

In a pan, 1 spoon oil, small amount of gingergarlic paste brocolli chilli powder salt. Cook for 5 min

For garnishing add fried raisin and cashew
