  • 500 gmKuthiraivali rice
  • 400 gmMutton
  • 200 gmOnion
  • 150 gmTomato
  • 3 tbspGingergarlic paste
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • Coriander leaves small
  • 1 cupCoconut milk
  • 1Broccoli small
  • 4Chilli
  • 1 tbspKashmiri chilli powder
  • 150 gmGhee
  • Water including coconut milk ratio of rice and water 1:1 1/2
  • Mint leaves small

Steps

45 min
  1. 1

    For 2 min kuthiraivali rice is to be fried. Soak for 30 min

  2. 2

    In cooker add ghee onion mint

  3. 3

    Next chilli powder gingergarlic paste tomato chilli

  4. 4

    Add garam masala and salt

  5. 5

    Add meat. Close the cooker if required add half tumbler of water

  6. 6

    Sound for 7.

  7. 7

    In a pan, 1 spoon oil, small amount of gingergarlic paste brocolli chilli powder salt. Cook for 5 min

  8. 8

    In cooker add water brocolli and rice. Sound for 1

  9. 9

    For garnishing add fried raisin and cashew
