Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1foccacia loaf; cubed
  2. 2 Cchicken stock
  3. 1 handfulpepperoni; thick julienne
  4. 1roasted bell pepper; thick julienne, halfved
  5. 2 clovesgarlic; slivered
  6. 1/2 Ccrispy diced bacon
  7. 1/3bell pepper ( any color); thick julienne, halfved
  8. 1/3red onion; julienne, halved
  9. 1/4 Csliced black olives
  10. 1/4 Cgiardenera

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Transfer to a large casserole dish. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until top is crispy but some liquid still remains in bread.
