Ingredients

12 servings
  1. custard powder
  2. 2pk port jelly
  3. 1pk lime jelly
  4. 1pk raspberry jelly
  5. 1 canfruit salad
  6. strawberries
  7. milk for custard
  8. 1pk sponge-vanilla
  9. 600mls cream
  10. 1tspn gelatine
  11. flake chocolate
  12. 1tspn vanilla extract
  13. alcohol /or none.
  14. sugar. for custard

Cooking Instructions

    Make your lime and raspberry jelly up add gelatine to each one set in a shallow dish once set it is to be cut into cubes

    Cut sponge into cubes and put in the bottom of your bowl and make port jelly to packet directions add gelatine also to jelly then pour over sponge cubes. Add fruits/fruit salad also just NO PINEAPPLE to jelly or will not set putbin the fridge to set. Step 1 & 2 do the night before. Can add cubed jelly to this also or just put it on top once set.

    Make custard to packet instructions with milk and sugar leave to cool then pour on top of set jelly & cake.

    Whip up cream add on top of custard once it is completely cool.
    Add fruits Strawberries blue berries chocolate what ever you like to top of cream.
