Ingredients

  1. Garlic
  2. 1/2 tspHabanero powder
  3. 2 cupsDaiya cheddar cheese shreds (vegan)
  4. 2 tspEarth balance Extra virgin olive oil blend butter
  5. 1 boxMelissa's Organic Tofu
  6. Small handfull of Basil
  7. 50 ozOrganic Vegetable stock
  8. 2 tbspReal Lemon Juice
  9. 1/2 tspJalapeno powder
  10. 1 boxOrganic Rotini

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring water to a boil. Boil Rotini for 8 minutes until al dente. Remove from heat, and drain. Set aside

  2. 2

    In separate pan, add tofu. Scramble until lightly browned and moisture is cooked out. Set aside.

  3. 3

    In bigger pan, heat vegetable stock, earth balance butter, basil, daiya cheese, jalapeno, habanero, real lemon, and garlic and tofu until boiling. Then add Rotini

  4. 4

    Let set for a few minutes. then enjoy.

The stuff i cook is vegan, and do substitute to what i eat, because of allergies etc some may be old. i am on a rx meal plan not allowed to use food with lactose/treenuts.
