Put 2 pounds of ground beef in crock pot and cook on high let cook for 2 hours and then drain juices from beef and then put back in crock pot

Add onions to hamburger and then add the garlic powder and then the onion powder and then the tomato soup and the cheddar cheese soup and the manwhich

Mix everything together in the crock it pot and then reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for 2 more hours it has to be mixed really well and the hamburger can stick together and so u will have to chop it up with a spatula while its cooking in there
