Potato filling
1. Boil, Peel and cut potatoes in to small cubes.

2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, pinch of hing, ginger paste and saute for a minute.

3. Add green chillies paste turmeric powder and saute for 10 seconds.

4. Add boiled potato, mix, then add salt and chat masala, mix.

5 Add chopped corriandar leaves and curry leaves and mix well.

For Batter:
1. Add besan in a bowl, then add rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, mix all dry ingredients.

2. Add small amount of water at a time and make a smooth batter.

Frying:
1. Cut bread slices in to a desired shape. Spread potato filling on each bread slice evenly. - 9
2. Dip potato filled bread slices in to batter and deep fry till it gets nice golden colour from both the sides.
