In a chopper add boneless chicken, whole Red chilli, green chilli, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, poppy seed, sesame seeds, salt and grind to a paste.

Take skewers and make like Sikh kebab shape. Arrange all kebabs in skewers.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and shallow fry kebabs on nonstick griddle.

On seek kebab place heated coal on foil paper and drop oil and cover the lid for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes serve with green chutney, tomato roundels, onion rings and lemon.
