Wash your meat into a pot, add your maggi seasoning and salt to taste and allow to cook for say 10 to 15 mins

Wash both the stock fish and dried fish and add to the meat and allow to cook

Pick your moringa leaves from the stem. Then boil water and pour into leaves and allow it for say 5 mins, then wash it out of the watet

While the meat stock is boiling, you can add your pepper, additional seasoning and water

Pour your grinded egusi (melon) into a bowl add the water from the boiling stock and mash

Mold it into small ball into your boiling meat stock and allow to cook for say 10 mins

Then add your already washed moringa leaves and allow to cook for another 10 mins and add your crayfish
- 8
You can serve with eba (garri), semotiva, pounded yam.
