For appam mixture:Take a bowl add all the ingredients make a paste rest it for 15mins

For stuffing:
Take a kadai add oil, rai curry leaves, peanuts and all the vegetables saute till soft now add add the masalas cook for 5 mins. - 3
Cool it down and mix it in suji mixture.add coriander leaves and 1/2 tsp metha soda (to make fluffy appam)heat the appam mould drizzle oil add mixture and cook it till brown.
