300 gmscauliflower grated
2potatoes grated
2green peppers finely chopped
2 tbspcornflour
4 tbspbesan
1 tspjeera
2 tbspred chilli powder
1/4 cupcoriander leaves
2 tspsalt

Steps

Mix the vegetables in a bowl,add salt and leave it for 5 mins.Remove the excess water by pressing it between your palm from the vegetables add the remaining ingredients and make a dough.

Give the desired shape as you wish.
Deep fry till golden brown & crispy.

Enjoy hot with chutney
