Ingredients

  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 3 clovespeeled and crushed garlic
  • 1piece(thumb nail) of peeled and crushed fresh ginger
  • Juice from Two Lemons
  • 2 teaspoonsRed Chilli
  • 3 tablespoonsTomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 3 tablespoonscooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry onions until brown then add the garlic and ginger.

  2. 2

    When mixture has cooked to brown colour add salt, chilli, tomato paste and lemon juice while continue stirring.

  3. 3

    Stir the mixture untill it is thick and bubbling like porridge, then it is ready to serve
