Fried Eggs and Avocado

Steps

Wash bell pepper, onions, tomatoes, pepper dice and set aside

Break eggs, add salt and whisk and set aside
- 3
Heat up frying pan; add canola oil and once its hot, add onions 2 minutes later add fresh tomatoes and pepper stir in little salt if necessary and then whisk in eggs, scramble

Then finally add the yellow and red bell pepper and scramble egg
- 5
Serve fried egg with Avocado
