Ingredients

  1. 1large jar of nopalitos
  2. 1large tomato
  3. 1red onion
  4. 1/2 bunchcilantro
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 cupolive oil
  7. 1/2 cupapple cider vinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Drain, pat dry, and dice the nopalitos.

  2. 2

    Dice the tomato and the onion.

  3. 3

    Combine and mix all ingredients.

  4. 4

    Store in sealed container in fridge overnight before serving.
