Add all the ingredients raw.

Make a sandwich: place one cactus paddle on the bottom, add some of the other ingredients and the chicken bouillon, then cover with another cactus paddle.

Wrap it like a mixiote using aluminum foil.

Cook over charcoal or in a skillet. I’ve tried both ways and they’re both delicious.
