Steps

Soak jaggery in water for few minutes and boil it for 5 minutes. Let it cool and strain. Keep aside.

Soak tamarind in a bowl with water for 20-25 min. Remove seed boil with seedless dates and 1 cup water.When it get cooked let it cool. Blend in a mixer and strain.

Now add all the spices and jaggery syrup in date and tamarind paste. Mix properly. Your chutney is ready
- 4
Tip :- chutney should not be too thick or too thin. If it get too thick add some water to make it thin.
