Wash the lady finger and wet with kitchen towel and let it try.

Now slit it in half lengthwise.

In a nonstick pan heat ghee add cumin and let it splutter add asafoetida saute few second.

Add lady finger mix well let it cook for 2-4 minutes.

Add salt and all spices mix and cook for 5 -7 minutes till it get a little crispier on medium flame.

Now add gram flour mix well cover the pan with a lid let the lady finger cook for 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle water mix again and turn off heat after 1 minute.

Serve with chapaties.
