Remove the seeds of khajoor, grind in mixer. Add cashew powder, almond powder, khowa, cardamom powder and grind again to a smooth thick paste. Add powdered sugar only if you feel so.

Take a portion of dough, roll it 2"diam disc. Fill it with khajoor stuffing. Close the edges and roll again to make 7" diam disc.

Dry roast this disc properly from both the sides on tawa. Pour desi ghee and shallow fry till it becomes golden and crisp. Serve hot. Enjoy!
