Kofta Casserole with Tahini and Yogurt

Place the ground meat in a baking dish. Add the parsley, onion, spices, black pepper, salt, bouillon cube, and oil.

Mix everything together well.

Spread the meat mixture evenly in the baking dish. Slice the potato and tomato, then arrange the slices on top of the meat.

In a blender, combine the yogurt, tahini, citric acid or lemon salt, a pinch of salt, and water. Blend until smooth.

Pour the yogurt mixture over the meat. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at the bottom rack until cooked through, then uncover and broil the top until golden brown.
