1 tspGarlic
1 tspKhus khus
1/2 tspCoriander seeds
1/2 tspCumin seeds
1 tspChilli powder
1/2 tspTurmeric
to tasteSalt
1Onion
2Green chillies
1 tspGaram masala

Grind the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, ginger garlic onion and green chillies..add this paste to oil and fry till rawness is gone

Add salt, chilli powder, and garam masala

Let the kheema cook for a while..add water and let it cook..add garam masala coriander and switch off the stove
