Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 250 grefined flour
  2. 200 gchicken (breast in chilli chicken cut)
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tbspkitchen king masala
  5. as neededOil
  6. to TasteSalt
  7. as needed Mozerella Cheese and Butter
  8. to tasteOregano and chilli flakes
  9. 1 eachCapsicum, Onion, Carrot
  10. To tasteTomato sauce and Chilli sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Take flour, salt and butter. Mix it well and add water and Knead to a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Put a pan on stove and add to table spoons of oil to it and heat it.

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste to it and give a one minute stir.

  4. 4

    Add chicken pieces, kitchen king masala, salt, vegetables cut in dices and fry it till the chicken and vegetables turn tender. Sprinkle some water and cover for 5 minutes.

    Put oregano and chilli flakes at end and add salt to taste.

  6. 6

    Take the dough and make four half cooked chappaties from it.

  7. 7

    Put half tbsp of tomato and chilli sauce on one side of the chappaties and also add the chicken and vegetable mix to the same side.

  8. 8

    Fold the chappaties into half giving it a semi-cercular shape.

  9. 9

    Put it in the pan and add some oil and coock till it turns light golden.

  10. 10

    Serve with Salad.
