1/2 tspchilli flakes

Boil pasta with salt and oil

In a kadhai put oil, chopped garlic, tomato ketchup, schezwan chutney, salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, and cook fr 5 mins and garnish with grated cheese and coriander
