Steps

Wash poha and keep for 10 mins marinated with salt and sugar

In a kadhai put oil, curry leaves, green chillies, rai, jeera, garlic, onion... saute till onion becomes translucent

Put turmeric and salt and then add poha.. lemon juice
- 4
And garnish with coriander, coconut scrapped, sev and lemon
