Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet melt butter over medium heat; cook eggs sunny-side up (so that egg yolks are not broken), and 1 cup of sliced vegetable. Sprinkle spaghetti masala on eggs while cooking.

Place hot spaghetti and cooked eggs on a plate and stir together. Serve hot.
