First I dusted off the toastie maker 😂 trim the top crust off of bread slices to make them a nice square. Butter one side of each slice.

Slice Brie. Place bread butter side down and place fillings on. Add another slice of bread butter side up and close sandwich maker

Allow the magic to happen until golden brown! I usually cut mine in half scissors as easier than knife.
