Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgmilk
  2. 4 spoonsoaked rice
  3. to tasteSugar
  4. As neededKesar milk
  5. 1/2 cupmango pulp
  6. 1 spoonsoaked sabja seeds
  7. 3-4 dropskewra assence

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend soaked rice into mixer.

  2. 2

    Boil the milk.

  3. 3

    Add blended rice.

  4. 4

    Cook in low heat.

  5. 5

    Keep starring

  6. 6

    After 10 to 15 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add sugar and keep on starring.

  8. 8

    Off the flame.

  9. 9

    Keep aside to cool down.

  10. 10

    Now keep it into the fridge.

  11. 11

    Mix sabja seeds into mango pulp.

  12. 12

    Now take serving glasses.

  13. 13

    Pour mango pulp.

  14. 14

    Then Phirni.

  15. 15

    Then kesar milk.

  16. 16

    Garnish with mint leaves.
